Spiderweb Lamé

This top may be the only thing I ever bought at Heathrow, early 1990s. I paid too much and, since I bought it for an alternate personality I never wore it, then the moths had a bite, just below its lovely leather neckline (that tiny buckle: that's the money). So I patched it in 1980s silk lamé so it would look fun while not being worn, outlined that, and plugged the holes with spider's web stitch, a.k.a. (in my world) carbuncles. I still haven't worn it.
